By accessing or using TicketRabbit ("the Service"), operated by TicketRabbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

TicketRabbit is a service that provides an automation tool designed to assist users in the ticket purchasing process. The service automates repetitive tasks such as form filling, area selection, and navigation through the ticket purchasing workflow. The Service does not provide any capabilities to bypass security measures, CAPTCHA, or other anti-bot protections.

3. Personal Use Only

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not use the Service for any business or commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

Ticket resale or scalping (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
Operating a ticket brokerage or resale business
Using the service on behalf of any business entity
Purchasing tickets for resale or commercial purposes
Using the service to generate revenue or profit
Using the service to purchase tickets for others
Using the service to purchase tickets for resale on any platform

Any use of the Service for business or commercial purposes, including but not limited to ticket resale or scalping, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund. We actively monitor for and take action against any attempts to use the service for ticket resale or scalping.

4. Service Limitations

4.1 No Guarantee of Success

The Service does not guarantee successful ticket acquisition. The service only increases the efficiency of the ticket purchasing process by automating certain steps. The final outcome depends on various factors including ticket availability, internet connection speed, and competition from other buyers.

4.2 CAPTCHA and Security Verification

The Service does not bypass or automate CAPTCHA or any other security verification processes. Users are required to manually complete all security verifications, including but not limited to entering verification codes and solving CAPTCHA challenges. The Service is designed to work within the normal security measures of ticket selling platforms.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the terms and conditions of the ticket selling platforms
Users are responsible for manually completing all security verifications
Users must not attempt to modify or circumvent the service's limitations
Users must not use the service for any illegal purposes
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials
Users must not use the service for ticket scalping or resale purposes (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
Users must not attempt to bypass any security measures of ticket selling platforms
Users must use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Users must not purchase tickets for resale or on behalf of others

6. Fair Usage and Anti-Abuse Policy

Users agree to use the service in a manner that does not:

Attempt to circumvent security measures
Interfere with other users' access to the service
Place excessive load on ticket selling platforms
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the service for ticket scalping or resale purposes (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
Attempt to bypass CAPTCHA or other security verifications
Use automated or systematic data collection without authorization
Use the service for any business or commercial purposes
Purchase tickets for resale or on behalf of others

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Use of the service for ticket scalping or resale purposes (IMMEDIATE TERMINATION)
Attempting to bypass security measures or CAPTCHA
Reports of abuse from ticket selling platforms or other users
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Use of the service for business or commercial purposes
Purchasing tickets for resale or on behalf of others

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Subscription and Payments

Access to TicketRabbit requires an active subscription. Users agree to:

Maintain valid payment information
Pay all applicable subscription fees
Accept our refund and cancellation policies

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TICKET ACQUISITION SUCCESS OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE ACCESS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
