TicketRabbit offers a 14-day free trial period for all new subscriptions. During this trial period, you can explore all features of the service without any charge. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use the subscription management section in your dashboard with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method
  • The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund period
  • Partial months of service
  • Any additional services or features purchased separately
